Hi, I’m Alice. I am a qualified therapist based in Manchester and online, specialising in Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Matrix Reimprinting Therapy, Psychological Wellbeing, Spiritual Growth & Reiki Seichem Healing

After overcoming a near death experience in childhood, I became curious about the human mind, overcoming trauma and working with energy. I went on to study BSc Psychology, MSc Psychological Wellbeing, as well as completing my EFTMRA training with Karl Dawson in 2022.
My individual spiritual journey, and training in Reiki Seichem Healing, has enabled me to bring energy awareness into my therapy practice.

I now strive to help others overcome trauma, limiting beliefs, and emotional and energetic blocks. I am able to feel and hold a healing space for clients to feel safe and fully supported during sessions. ​
